DAYCARE HOTLINE Provider Membership Agreement
SIX-MONTH MEMBERSHIP
Providers, licensed or unlicensed, may advertise their child care services on the DAYCARE HOTLINE Web site. The information that you give us upon enrollment will be the information that is posted in your listing. You may request that we remove your listing at any time, with no penalty. There is a charge of $18 for 6-Month Membership listings. Listings will not be posted until payment is received. Requests to change existing listings will be FREE. You will need to fill out a request form to change your listing.
ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP
Providers, licensed or unlicensed, may advertise their child care services on the DAYCARE HOTLINE Web site. The information that you give us upon enrollment will be the information that is posted in your listing. You may request that we remove your listing at any time, with no penalty. There is a yearly charge of $30 for Annual Membership listings. Listings will not be posted until payment is received. Requests to change existing listings will be FREE. You will need to fill out a request form to change your listing.
DAYCARE HOTLINE requires a 30 day written notice to cancel your BASIC, ENHANCED OR DELUXE listing. 30 days from the receipt of the cancellation notice from you, your listing – and any other listings you may have with us - will be eliminated from the Web Site.
