Hi everyone I am due to have a a baby in early Jan. and in my contract I am allowed 3 weeks paid vacation a year. I was wondering if I should ask the parents to pay for 2 weeks of my maternity leave. I plan on being off 4 weeks. Anyone had to deal with this before? Please let me know Thank you
