Interviewing new Teachers

Hello:

One tip I can give you is take your time when interviewing.  Start with a small interview on the phone and if they pass the test invite them to meet you.  Once this is done, if they pass have them visit again to meet your children.  Asking them to arrive at your daycare several times establishes that they are dependable.
