Does anybody have similar fears of being sued by a parent whose child may become injured under your care? I had an incident happen recently that was totally out of my control. I explained what had happened to the parents, but it has opened my eyes to take a look at getting additional insurance coverage. Does anybody have any advice or a similar situation they can share? Thanks!
I am very nervous of this as well. I have liability, but I am more afraid that I will get turned in for something false or out of my control and that will cause me to lose my own children. People are VERY dishonest now days. I just pray that God will protect my business and my family and that he will be in control of every situation that comes about. Hope this helps. :roll:
