Now, let’s work on a KEY element in your marketing.  It’s called the Unique Selling Proposition (USP).  It answers the question: why should I as a parent choose YOUR child care over anyone else’s?

So, what sets you apart from the rest?  Why should I choose YOU?:

Can you come up with a USP that fits in 2 sentences, and gives a clear answer to why I should choose you?

It’s hard to do, so if you’re struggling, don’t worry.  It’s something that you should work on, and refine over time.   Figure out WHAT you want to be, and HOW you’re going to stand out from the crowd.  Then your business identity will become clear, and it’ll be easier for you to get new clients.
